Embarrassment

This is the emotion I experienced today for the first time in a very, very long time.
The estrogen-overload I receive on a daily basis was nothing compared to having So Long, Farewell sung and rewritten with lyrics poking fun at my hobbies and my word choice, along with my 21st birthday, printed on a homemade [...]

I spend so much money. Lately it’s books. And I’m not reading.
It is usually CDs. At least I give those a listen. Three new books sit unopened in various locales around my destroyed apartment, begging for their respective covers to be cracked. And the one I have cracked, Dave Eggers’s [...]

Some people, they say, can’t see the forest for the trees.
Lately, I haven’t seen the trees for the power lines.
And the power lines have me in a rigid state of maddening writer’s block. So here’s me trying to break it with (likely highly edited by its eventual posting) stream-of-consciousness writing/ranting/whatever.
